  1. What personal data do we collect and why?

a) Contact form

When you fill in the contact form, we ask for:

  • Full name

  • Email address

  • Phone number

Legal basis: Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR (performance of pre‑contractual measures / responding to your request).
Purpose: To reply to your inquiries via email or WhatsApp.
Where your data is stored: Data from the contact form is received in our email inbox (hosted by a third‑party email provider such as Gmail or Outlook). We do not use any CRM or external database for this purpose.
Retention period: We keep your data for as long as necessary to handle your request. After the conversation ends, we may retain it for up to 12 months (unless you ask us to delete it earlier). No automated decision-making or profiling is performed.

b) WhatsApp communication

To respond to your inquiries, we may contact you via WhatsApp (provided by Meta Platforms, Inc.). In that case, your phone number and the content of our communication will be processed by WhatsApp under its own privacy policy.
Legal basis: Article 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre‑contractual measures).

c) Email marketing (separate subscription form – not the contact form)

In the future, we may offer a dedicated subscription form for marketing communications (newsletters, promotions) using Brevo.
Legal basis: Article 6(1)(a) GDPR (your explicit consent via a checkbox).
You can withdraw that consent at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any marketing email.

Note: The contact form and the marketing subscription form are completely independent. Submitting the contact form does NOT subscribe you to marketing emails.

d) Automatic data collected via third-party tools (with your cookie consent)

  1. How long do we keep your data?

  • Contact form data (email inbox): up to 12 months after the last interaction (unless you request deletion).

  • Google Analytics data: default retention period set by Google (currently 14 months).

  • Microsoft Clarity data: default retention period (approx. 12 months) – for exact details, see Microsoft Clarity’s privacy policy.

  • Meta Pixel data: default retention period (approx. 180 days).

  • Brevo marketing data: until you unsubscribe or request deletion, or after a period of inactivity (as per Brevo’s default settings).

We have not manually modified any retention periods; we rely on the default settings of each platform.

  1. Who receives your data (third-party processors)?

We share your data with the following categories of recipients:

  • Google Ireland Limited / Google LLC (Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager) – for analytics and consent management.

  • Microsoft Corporation (Microsoft Clarity) – for behaviour analysis and session recordings.

  • Meta Platforms, Inc. (Meta Pixel, and WhatsApp when we reply to you via WhatsApp) – for conversion tracking, advertising, and messaging.

  • Brevo (Sendinblue) – for email marketing (only if you subscribe).

  • Framer – our website builder and hosting provider. When you submit the contact form, Framer’s servers temporarily process your data to deliver the message to us. Framer also collects standard server logs (IP address, user agent) which are automatically deleted within 30 days. Framer does not use your data for its own purposes.

All these companies may transfer data outside the European Economic Area (including to the United States). Such transfers are based on EU Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) and the supplementary measures required under GDPR. You can request a copy by contacting us.

Depending on your location, you may have the following rights:

  • Right to access – obtain a copy of your personal data.

  • Right to restrict processing – temporarily limit how we use your data.

  • Right to data portability – receive your data in a structured, machine‑readable format.

  • Right to object – object to processing based on legitimate interests (not applicable here, as we rely on consent or contract).

  • Right to withdraw consent – for cookie‑based tracking or marketing subscriptions, you can withdraw consent at any time via the cookie banner or the unsubscribe link.

To exercise your rights, contact us at info@salvoconome.com. We will respond within one month.

For California residents (CCPA/CPRA):
You have the right to opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of your personal information for cross‑context behavioural advertising (e.g., via Meta Pixel). To do so, please click the “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” link in our website’s footer, or use the cookie banner to reject marketing cookies.
