  1. What are cookies?

Cookies are small text files stored on your device (computer, tablet, smartphone) when you visit a website. They help the website recognise your device and remember your actions or preferences over time.

  1. Who is the data controller?

Rubino Salvatore (sole proprietorship)
Via Celenza 29A, 71016 San Severo (FG), Italy

  1. Which cookies do we use?

We use Google Tag Manager to manage our cookie banner and to load other tracking tools only after you give your consent.

Strictly necessary cookies (no consent required):

  • These cookies are essential for the website to function (e.g., to remember your cookie choices, to ensure basic security). They are set by Framer (our website builder).

  • Example of necessary cookies (may vary): __cf_bm, framer_consent, framer_session. Framer does not use these cookies for tracking or profiling.

Analytics cookies (require your consent):

  • Google Analytics 4 (GA4): we use GA4 to understand how visitors interact with our pages. GA4 anonymises IP addresses by default (no full IP is stored). Data retention is set to Google’s default (currently 14 months).

  • Microsoft Clarity: we use Clarity to analyse user behaviour (mouse movements, scrolling, clicks) and to generate heatmaps and session recordings. All sensitive form fields (name, email, phone) are automatically blurred and obscured. Clarity does not see the data you enter in those fields.

Advertising / marketing cookies (require your consent):

  • Meta Pixel (formerly Facebook Pixel): we use the Meta Pixel to measure conversions (e.g., contact form submissions) and to show you personalised ads on Meta platforms (Facebook, Instagram) based on your visit to our website.

Email marketing (requires separate consent, not set via cookie banner):

  • Brevo: we use Brevo to manage email subscriptions. Brevo sets cookies only if you explicitly opt in to our marketing communications via the dedicated subscription form (not through the contact form).

  1. How long are cookies stored?

  • Session cookies – deleted when you close your browser.

  • Persistent cookies – remain on your device until they expire or you delete them.

  • Your cookie consent choice is stored for 6 months via a cookie set by Google Tag Manager. After that period, you will be asked again to provide consent.

For precise retention periods of third‑party cookies (Google, Microsoft, Meta, Brevo), please refer to their own cookie policies, as we rely on their default settings.

  1. How to manage your consent

When you first visit our website, a cookie banner (managed via Google Tag Manager) will appear. You can:

  • Accept all cookies (analytics + marketing)

  • Reject all non‑essential cookies (only necessary cookies will be set)

  • Customise your preferences per category

You can change or withdraw your consent at any time by clicking the “Cookie Settings” button (available in the footer or via a floating icon). You can also disable cookies via your browser settings, but this may affect website functionality.
